It was back in the early 1990’s when Candy Kelly, a resident of Owego, NY, made the decision to show the world what real fudge was all about. A renown baker for her hometown local establishments, Candy decided to go out on her own and from a small room in a local train station, formed her business and called it Fuddy Duddy’s Fudge. Since that time the reputation that she has created has lent itself to, not only her rich creamy “Fudge” , but the one and only “Fuddy's Gourmet Apple”. and… Gift Baskets, second to none for freshness and creativity. Although still very involved in the operations, Candy can relax a bit with her retirement and oversee the new owner trying hard to follow in her footsteps.
