During the Summer months, orders received on Friday or Saturday will be shipping the next Monday to avoid product degradation from sitting in post office warehouses over the weekend. Although we use ice packs and thermal wrap to protect the integrity of our products (particularly heat-sensitive chocolate, cheese and other food items), we can not guarantee their condition during non-delivery days.
